These terms cover your use of bigsibbook.com and any book you order through it. By uploading a photo, generating a preview, or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email us at support@bigsibbook.com.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose photo or name you upload, to use this site. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload (your child's, your own, or another parent's with their permission) and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

What you're buying

A downloadable, illustrated PDF storybook personalized with your child's likeness, name, and the details you provide, delivered to your email.

The free preview shows 3 illustrated pages generated from your uploaded photo so you can see the likeness before you pay. It is not the full book and creates no obligation to purchase.

AI-generated illustrations

Every illustration is generated by AI from the photo(s) and details you provide. While we aim for a strong likeness, AI illustration is not pixel-perfect and results can vary scene to scene. If you're not happy with how your child was drawn, see the guarantee below — we'll redraw it, free.

Our guarantee

If the finished book doesn't look enough like your child, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll regenerate the illustrations at no extra cost. If we still can't get it right, we'll refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Once an order is placed and image generation has started, that work has real, non-refundable cost to us — see the refund policy below for how this applies.

Refunds and cancellations

Refundable within 7 days if the guarantee above isn't met after a redraw attempt. Once delivered and downloaded, we can't recall the file, so refunds beyond that window are handled case by case.

Your content and our license

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to generate your book's illustrations and fulfill your order. We don't use your child's photo or likeness for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond producing the book you ordered, and we delete uploaded photos after your order is fulfilled (see our Privacy Policy).

The finished book — story text, layout, and illustrations — is for your personal, family use. Please don't resell, mass-reproduce, or publish it commercially.

Availability

We rely on third-party services (image generation, payments, email) to run this site. Occasionally one of them may be temporarily unavailable, which can delay a preview or an order. We'll do our best to keep you posted if that happens to your order.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of bigsibbook.com after a change means you accept the update.
